Included in the auction is a massive 2008 Terex Demag AC700 all terrain crane with a lifting capacity of 700 tons—the largest all terrain crane ever sold at a Ritchie Bros. auction. The two-day unreserved auction, to be held simultaneously at the Company’s auction sites in Ocaña (central Spain) and Moncofa (close to Valencia), currently features more than 1,360 heavy equipment items and trucks with new items being added daily. Ritchie Bros. will sell the entire selection of 25 cranes, which includes a 2007 Faun ATF220G5 220 ton 10x8x8 all terrain crane, a 2007 Faun ATF110G5 110 ton 10x8x8 all terrain crane, a 2008 Faun ATF90G4 90 ton 8x8x8 all terrain crane, a 2005 Liebherr LTM1030-2.1 30 ton 4x4x4 all terrain crane—and many more—on June 7, the second day of the unreserved public auction. Most of the cranes, including the 2008 Terex Demag AC700 700 ton all terrain crane, are located at the Company’s Ocaña, Spain auction site.

All equipment items can be inspected online at rbauction.com as well as in person at the Company’s auction sites in Spain starting on Tuesday, June 4^th, 2013. In order to find out where an item is located, interested bidders can visit the Ocaña / Moncofa, ESP auction page at rbauction.com and search for the item(s) they are interested in. They can then click on the individual item to see detailed equipment information and find the auction site location for the item by reading the Catalog Notes section of the page.

Interested bidders can register to bid in person at the Ocaña or Moncofa auction sites, online and in real-time at rbauction.com or they can call the auction site ahead of time to place a proxy bid. The auction will be simulcast at both locations, with all items being sold by virtual ramp (projected on a large screen in the auction theater) at the Moncofa location and a combination of live and virtual ramp selling methods at the Ocaña location.

Worsley Plant are pleased to announce the launch of the brand new screening plant REMU Combi E8 which was launched by their Finnish supplier REMU at Bauma 2013, Munich, Germany.

Combi E8 is a non-clogging screening plant for preparing topsoil and processing various waste materials. New re-engineered solutions have increased screening capacity by a wider 950 mm screening table and a new 2,6 m3 feeder unit. Depending on the configuration of the screening element the blade spacing can be 15 mm to 100 mm. Grain size of screened material is approximately 8 mm smaller than blade spacing.  Screened fines will continue to the fine material conveyor while overs will be conveyed to the side of the plant. Improved screening capacity and easier operation provides more cubics with fewer expenses.

Function of the screening plant is based on rotating blades. Unlike other star screens, the blades of REMU screening plants are always made from wear resistant steel.  A powerful 82 HP (61 kW) CAT C4.4 engine is at the heart of the Combi E8.  A large engine bay and double doors give an easy access to service points.  The structure of the Combi is very compact, but it can reach the capacity of 300 m./h (400 y./h).  Both conveyors can be folded up for the transportation.

BICES 2013 is approaching closer

The 12th Beijing International Construction Machinery Exhibition and Seminar (BICES 2013) will be held at Beijing Jiuhua International Exhibition Center from 15th to 18th Oct, 2013.
